
Ancellotta e Pinot riserva
A unique blend that combines the structure and intense color of the typical Emilian Ancellotta grape with the classic Pinot Noir.
A 50-50 blend to achieve perfect balance.
Macerated with the skins for 3 days, after which fermentation finishes in stainless steel tanks. Finally, the wine is aged in oak barrels for 6 months, where it develops its definitive flavor, adding woody and vanilla notes to the tannic yet fruity taste.
